    Adjust the RADF according to the set up procedure, using a thin piece of paper, it works every time...

    Look for missing spacers on the white plate that sits above the narrow slit glass when you are using the adf.

    The shown sample MUST be a copy through ADF. Nothing else is possible. I cannot imagine that paper moves laterally during the copy transfer process.

    The ADF is mis aligned and/or the height must be readjusted with the screw on the left hinge so the white guide plate lays flat on the glass.

    Are you sure it is not a copy done using the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF)?
    Seen this when adf is not parallel to the scan area.
    If really it is a print, then ceck fuser unit entrance guide for foreign things like toner melted and clean the registration roller as well.

    Hi Expert,

    Does anyone what happen to the machine according to the image?

    i had tested print from demo page / PCL font print and PCs; nothing happen.

    It happen intermittent and only happen when customer doing printing, not happen when technician was there to do testing.

    anyone can advise?
