nc-503 for bizhub 211

i configure the ip address and subnet mask and getway. for scaning . creat the user for scaning to ftp from page scope. its ok ? but from the machine when pres scan button the machine give me ( no network setting) why ? i tray to reinter all the network seting but same problem
pleeese help

Unfortunately with these machines, you have to enter in everything to get the scanning to work, even if you aren't using s certain feature.

Just enter in some fake details for the email server settings like 127.0.0.1 and an email address of abc@abc.com and you should then be right to go.
