    [Error Code] Error code C2161 and C2164 - HELP Please - C450

    My machine KM Bizhub C450 is showing errors C 2161 & C 2164 and doesn't work. While flashing this error i hear a Gear sound on the right hand side of the machine. can anyone help me out.

          They refer to charging problems with your Magenta and Black IUs. If you do the usual checks (are they correctly inserted? are the back contacts clean?) and the problems persist, then it's time to try some new units.
