      Could be so many things: laser problem, IU problem, PCB problem, user problem - dig in a little deeper and give some more details.

              Is this when trying to use the Two Colour Mode?

              If it is, then from memory, Two Colour is any chosen colour plus black.
              Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
