    FS608 folding question

    Hello

    We received in a bizhub c550 with a fs608 finisher. We tried to fold 11x17. The machine will run the job but the area whrere the paper comes out after being folded is too small.

    Can this type of job be done? Why would the machine accept the job if it can not do it?

      Are you talking about Z fold, or magazine folding?
