Biz361 print issue

I'm working on a 361 that will not print jobs unless the power is cycled. It responds to ping but the data light does not blink and there is no HDD on the machine. All other functions work. Has anyone seen this before?

Try to replace the network cable and to update the firmware to the latest version.

I have had this problem and it ended up being a corrupt CF card in the machine.

Try redoing the firmware, or you might have to take the CF card out, delete all the files (DO NOT FORMAT) and copy accross the standard machine files which Konica Minolta has within their technical website.

If that doesn't fix it, then you will need to replace the CF card.

Sounds like corrupt CF Card
Make sure you export all of your customers one touches, address book, and settings before you do CF card recovery!

Is anyone knowing a part no for a CF card for 421? In parts manual I cannot find any.
