Konica C500-C8050 inssue

Hi ,
My Konice C500 Keep saying "Please set toner recovery box and close door" I checked all the toners and din't find any problem, please help me to solve it.

Check the waste toner box is correctly installed and the door is shut

Thank you, that is correct , the sensor of waste is bracken and I fix it. But the machine alarm "Error SC27-02" The Magenta develop has problem, How to solve this issue or must be change ?
