Our Konica Colorforce 8050 copier/printer is currently displaying the fault codes of SC29-07 or SC27-01 upon starting it up. I have emptied and recharged the Developer unit and replaced the Drum cartridge for the Yellow portion of the unit. I followed the steps in the Service Manual that I purchased and performed the L Detect and Gamma after charging the developer. I cannot get it to pass these settings when I run them. I get either one of the codes listed above.
The only thing that I did not swap out was the Developing Unit. Figured that since it only has 23,000 copies on it that it is still like new.
Any suggestions?
