We have a C5501 with C2203 showing at start up. All drum units turn, then all dev motors turn except Cyan and the code appears. If we swap the 4 pin power connector over with the magenta motor fault remains. We have swapped from a working machine the Printer Control Board, the motor, Cyan dev unit, Image Processing board, Image Memory control board, Overall Control Board, Interface Board, Harness from Printer control board to motor. If we use I/O mode the motor will turn in 1/2 and 1/3 speeds but not at full speed. We have also refitted all the above from this machine to our working machine and cannot swap the fault. Has anyone had this fault or got any suggestions please?
