[Error Code] Konica 7145 displaying F-52-4

Hello everyone

We have a client with a Konica 7145 that is displaying error code F-52-4 We mostly work on the Ricoh line of machine so we would be grateful for any input or help with this issue. Thanks in advance

Haven't had this problem before, but I can give you what it says in the manual.

F52-2

(7145/7235)

FM2 (Fixing cooling fan /1) abnormality

When the motor lock signal
(LOCK) was detected at the
specified cycle with [H] detected
continuously, the cooler has been
judged abnormal at the succeeding
two retries.

Estimated abnormal parts
FM2 (Fixing cooling fan)

CB (Main body control board)
