    KM350/Ineo 350 sandy output

    Hi guys...

Any1 one have encounter this problem, please feel free to discuss..

Develop ineo 350, new drum unit, developing unit and developer are installed.
But there were some like a sand on the output. and if scraped by hand, you can
definitely feel the roughness and it will transfer on your palm.

plus, after copying and when drum is check, its suppose to be clean..
while on me drum is still covered with toner, but not that thick..

actions that i made, is to change HV unit, clean contacts, swap drum and dev unit from a condition machine, but still problem persist..

    Any suggestions guys???
    Thnx...

Your "sndy output" is developer on the paper which means for some reason, your machine might have a dev bias issue.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

It's likely a fuser problem. Toner not pressed into the paper.

Thnx but i just solve it..

I got lots of busted bulb in the erase lamp..
That causes developer to spill and create sand like in output..

          Thx
