First time posting here, so bare with me.
We've had a few jobs ruinning through the KM C8000 where blacks that are made of combination of CMYK are looking washed out and grey, a colleague says this is down to something the C8000 is doing (auto gloss :-s ? ). We've run the jobs on our C5501 and the blacks come out perfect, after calibrations the problems are the same. Any ideas?
