Bizhub C220 keeps restarting

Hi we have a C220 which after a few seconds keeps shutting off and restarting. We have tried a different power supply and memory chip but still does it. The machine doesnt stay on long enough to do the firmware. Any ideas?

I had the same issue.... replacing the MFP Board solved the problem...

Proceed as follows:
Remove the NVRAM and turn the copier.
If you start and stop the hourglass, it means that the board is working.
Nvram data not fix.
Can I help you should set the cause.

Try doing the firmware straight up and see if that helps to resolve your issue.

The machine does not stay on long enough to write the firmware, have ordered a mfp board.

Changed the Mfp board on this machine and all is fine now.
