I had to go to machine that needed a fax confirmation setup. I set up and later got a call that said they have a stamp on there scans that says URGENT in big bold letters that I cannot remove. When I go to applications and stamps I select no and when I go back to it it says yes! It was doing to every sheet then I set it up to do it to the first page only! The customer has account tracking and I cannot see how to remove it in the service mode.
