just come across a problem that i had preset setting like "secure print" + " accout track" with user password with it and also default setting on paper size and other features as well.
i had done all this on the printer properties however, when i open certain office excel and do printing, setting i preset previously was gone. Also, it only happen on certain excel sent from others have this problem.
if i open excel with new worksheet and do printing, i can see my preset setting is there.
does anyone have this problem before?
