i have a problem with my konica 7050, i made a test pattern, the pattern is four black squares on all sides of the original paper, when i make copies, the output of the copier is reduced considering it is in 100% mode.
i tried to adjust the horizontal magnification adjustment but it has little effect. i encountered this problem before, and i solved it by adjusting the horizontal magnification data. but for now it seems it has no effect adjusting it.
i'll describe the copy to be shorter than the original, it is reduced horizontally. i checked the vertical magnification, it is ok, it matches the square blocks on the original vertically. But horizontally the image is shorter or reduced.
any idea what might be the problem or adjustment i should make on this machine.
