as far as I'm aware bizhub 250 toner and the toner that went into the earlier machines are totally incompatible.

I've asked this question before as I personally know 3 people who own Di2510's and the genuine toner is no longer sold here, their only option is Katun, which surprisingly isn't causing any issues.

As said, absolutely incompatible. Don't even try. Aftermarket toner works for us good in these machines so Katun might be an option indeed.

(Is that really ME promoting Katun here................?)

Hey hansoon, do you sell those dev roller collars? Are they also suitable for the Di2510? Talk to me via PM if you want to sell some.

Aaaahhhhh... now I got it. Didn't realize that you do not know.

Farid, Katun is a supplier of aftermarket spareparts and supplies for copiers. They are sometimes not liked because of their handling of reclamations when their products occasionally fail.

                  regards

                    thank you Hans...
for your patience to understand my language
so what steps should I do to overcome the scarcity of toner
so that the engine can keep the production

do i need to replace the existing spare part

Farid, your problem is not exactly clear to me. You asked for an alternative for the Bizhub B&W 350 toner. I'm sure you will be able to find with a search machine such as Google, suppliers for alternative or original toner in Indonesia.

(BTW: I realized that in your language Katun is the word for cotton.......... Hence the confusion perhaps. )

Hi Farid, i use the Di3510 toner in B350 before, the toner model if not mistaken is MT303.

thank you for the advice, but I would not take the risk, because many issues in Indonesia as it says Hans [I never dared to try but according to my information it is NOT compatible],

or there is a special setting after MT303 entered in B350 [KM7155] as you say
