[Jamming] J3101 out of tray 1 only on a Konica Box VL6022

Does anyone know what causes a J3101 from tray 1 ?
What has anyone done to fix the issue?

Machine only J3101's from tray one only, single sided is when it jams
one paper in the 2nd convey tray, one paper entering the registration area and one paper starting to pull from tray 1.

Already replaced feed unit.

Could it be the reg unit assy ? the adu db ? the prcb ? reg motor?

your guess is my fix! I hope?
