      Ditto that. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

you should do this, among other things, every time a transfer belt is changed or removed for any reason, to just put a new belt in and walk away is sloppy workmanship.

ok mate, thanks for the advise,I just started working full stream on the color copiers only this month, and many things i will have to learn them on the field.in the manual there is also indication that gradiation adjustment have to be done when replacing the belt.i knew that I had to do this on installation but not also when replacing belt, infact i cleaned well and p21 vanished without the need of grad adjustment

Maybe you didn't have to, but image quality will be much much better. This isn't like Sharp, you can complete a gradation in 10 minutes. You should do a gradation when replacing any image quality component. =^..^=
