Did you replace it with a brand new fuser? Over time the upper scraper assembly can warp from the heat and lift the scrapers off the roller, and cause paper to be dog eared. The individual scrapers are adjustable, but, this is just a temporary fix. It is best to use a new fuser.

I have a C352 and replaced the fuser unit and it started to dog ear one side then the other and now both. I put the old one back in and it stopped, I can not see anything that would cause this.
