Kc35 - fax prints out in middle of big copy/print run

My colleague and I have had a customers c35, that when doing a large run and a fax comes in it doesnt wait in the queue it just prints in the middle of the run.

Is there a setting that will stop the fax printing until after the run is finished?

Any help would be very appreciated.
