This is a well used example that unfortunately cops a hiding.
sheets basically will get stuck half way down and not drop all the way - what i'm hoping is the problem is the side alignment guides. I have replaced them entirely with new but I'm yet to test it out on the customers machine yet.
This is what one looked like as an example, all the others were fine but were replaced anyway. This was the side that looked to be getting caught. Thoughts ?
