    Looks like a loose connector or mirrors are out of wack.

      Hi Guys

      I am also getting intermittent trouble when im scanning, the last time it done it it was giving me a green covering on the copies, this time its magenta (please see attachment) No trouble with prints only scans and copies. When i power the machine off and on it goes away, could be a few hours or even a few weeks. I would like to get to the botom of this. Thanks in advance for your help.
