[Misc] Konica Minolta 6500 printing in reverse

Hi All newbe here
I have a konica minolta 6500 when I print a file two sides it prints in reverse when I print one side it prints fine
when I try to stitch it will run but it will be reverse if i print in reverse it will not stitch.
Any help will be appreciated
