[Electrical] Bizhub C352 multipage scanning option not available

Bizhub C352 scans only single page files and the option to change to multipage file is missing completely from the LCD panel and to the right of the file type selections. Any help here would be appreciated

Been a while since I looked at a C352 but I think you need the HDD. PDF file type also.
Get your tech to check for the HDD in service mode, it needs to be enabled.
If it's not even fitted to the machine then you have a problem.

Thanks "ineo+6501" That's the answer to problem! Tested this on another machine in workshop to confirm, now need to go apply this to customers machine in field. All being well its not a bigger issue than turning on the HDD.
