Konica 7222 lead edge problems

Hi have a problem with Konica bizhub 7222, inconsistent lead edge registration, it's happening with both trays - acts as though it feeds early at times - but it goes away at times, any ideas ?? Thanks

intermediate(loop clutch) was a common problem with these machines you can try spraying it out with contact cleaner or replace it
