Bizhub C203 "memory full" will not print

I have a Bizhub C203 that comes up with the message "memory full" when trying to print a single page document from word. This document does have pictures, but they aren't memory hogs or anything. The machine has a 60 GB HDD in it, how can the memory be full?

Any suggestions???
