Probably a silly question, but have you done the fuser reset procedure?

Power on whilst holding down Utility/Counter until dot in top right corner.

Wait.

Press 'Trouble Reset'.

Machine shows 'OK'.

Power off and on again...

Hi, I have exactly this problem on a Konica Bizhub C652
I've tried to susbsitute Fusing Unit, IH Coil Unit, 3 Sensor OF Tems, PRCB, Relay drive Board and micro of open/close the right door.
I've alredy update firmware, but the machine dosen't start.
The error is C3925
Could help me to resolv this problem?

Have you tried reloading the firmware and what about fuser new release reset after fw update?

check the Fuse on the IH Coil Board

Just tried a whole new IH board with no difference... only the coil left - I've removed it and checked the three coils, but they all show continuity and a resistance of 0.9 M Ohm, does this sound about correct?

Think this may be a printer control board issue.

Tried everything excluding the IH coil and IH coil board (at the front under the control panel).

We haven't got a donor machine as the boards are different on the C452 etc - Has anyone had this before? Don't want to order the wrong thing really.

Tried...

Fuser, Power Board, Relay Board (Behing Power Board), Fuser Temp Sensors (3 under fuser), ICP17 on PRCB.
