    Bizhub 920 tray issue

    I have one unit 920 all tray show 8 1/2x13 can switch to A4. have any setting ? thanks

      Have you checked?: Paper Setting > select tray > Change Setting > then select the appropriate size, color, media type, etc. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          yes.. but i can't select the A4 size any setting ?

              have to look at a machine today...

              but try

              tech rep mode

              system input

              size setting

              something should be there...


              A4 vs 8.5x11

                  Could there be a chance you have US firmware loaded into the machine? I would try feflashing the EU firmware.

                      Oh my god... this machine is US version ??? thanks i will check it , thanks ( But i all tray can change to A4 )
