Hi, I just discovered this forum today while trying to find anything on my current issue.

Customer says readout says "flash rom lost." I have searched for anything on this and the only info I found was in German. I don't speak German. I managed enough of a translation to know it just said there was some fix on the Minolta internal website.

Can anyone tell me what this is? I don't even want to visit the machine until I know something. This place is a nursery school and they are so afraid to spend money on anything.
