Bizhub C353 taking multiple sheets at once

Not a huge problem, but it's aggravating some people in the office and I wasn't sure where else to look. Our Konika Minolta Bizhub C353 always wants to spit out two sheets of legal sized paper when making a single copy. One copy comes out fine with a blank page always with it. Is there a way to adjust how many sheets come out at once?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

The easiest way to adjust the number of sheets fed is to call a service engineer who will then fit a new set of feed/seperation rollers for you, thus resolving the problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Simple as that
