We have a customer that has a bizhub C451 that wants the incoming faxes to pull from tray 4 (has yellow paper) only. It helps to identify the faxes quickly after printed I guess. We changed the "Reports" to tray 4 under fax setup, makes no difference. Any Ideas?

Ensure that you don't have tray 4 selected as "special", and it's an automatically available tray. User settings, paper tray settings. EmujoIf you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.
