Good morning, I have an Olivetti MF450 (KM BizHub C650) that's producing smudged blue streaks across colour prints. I went into service mode and did a colour check in there and every separate colour printed still had the blue streaks across it. Would I be right in changing out the cyan imaging unit to fix this issue? The only prints it doesn't occur on are B&W ones.
The cyan toner was replaced yesterday, but the problem started occuring before that, a deposit of cyan toner was found on the transfer belt the first time I checked and was cleaned off and all imaging units have been checked and physically look ok (although I know this doesn't prove anything)
Would there be any other reason why the machine would be dumping amounts of cyan onto a print that I need to check prior to spending a fortune on a new IU ?
