    Copy technician in Tulsa area

This forum has served invaluable for someone like me, a small business owner with a KM machine. Thank you for the great info! However, my KM 350 is starting to produce very light copies and I think I may need to change the DV and possibly the drum. This doesn't seem like an easy process (is it?), and I would like to hire a technician to help me to do this. My question is where can I find a trusted local technician, preferably independent?

    Thanks!

Thanks, Paul. Using the service manual I was able to easily replace the Photo Conductor Unit, replace the developer and replace the toner filter. Copies look nice and dark. Took about 90 minutes, only because I didn't put the toner intake port in the right place the first time I screwed everything down.

        Thanks!
