What's more confusing is that it only does it at the customer's site. At our shop it worked fine for 2 weeks but when we take it back to the customer as soon as the network cable is plugged !!BOOM!! Locks up with FAX READY and SCAN READY loop and Orange light lite up on the start button.
What's been done...Firmware, different IP address, HD, MFP, SSD restore and clear. We put a C203 as loaner and it worked fine.
It's turned into an IT issue vs Machine issue war and I believe it's a bit of both.
