Dear all, iam brian in uganda east of africa,
well i have a pro 5501 which refused to turn on the controller
on the scren, and when u see on the Fiery ther is ''FF''
i have tried to install its operating system using the Fiery software CD
like three times but it has refused. normally during the installation it shos me
that it is sucess full and then i load it on the machine but still it does not turn on
some help if ther is any one with such a problem
