KMBH C500 SC-2309 code Transfer belt motor problem.

I ran the transfer belt output program and could see the belt turning. I'm guessing it does not see the encoder.
I could not find an input program yet for the encoder on the transfer motor.
When it codes out the transfer belt has magenta toner over yellow toner in bands that
are about 2" wide. It codes out during warm up. Is it looking for the registration markers
it puts down?

What is the most common cause for this code, the motor encoder?
