We have had no luck getting Scan to email to work on a BH25e which is on a Telus network. It works fine on the Shaw network. We get 993, 988, and a few other error codes. We used telnet at one point and at the end of the reply it says TELUS ESMTP server ready. This machine does NOT have support for ESMTP. So if Telus uses only ESMTP servers we could be hooped. Has anyone else run into this problem? Is there a possible workaround?
