[Error Code] ok ok I know its old....CPP 500 Ikon issues

Hello, I was wondering if someone knew how to deal with a code on this older machine.

"fixing cleaner unit needs to be exchanged" cant clear it or use machine...ikon is not serviced by my old techs they took away my contract. Can anyone help?
