Konica 7033- Insert Key Counter?
Hi there-
I just stumbled along this site looking for some help on how to solve the problem with the key counter and it looked rather helpful so i just joined.
We have had the copier for roughly 10years and have come across this problem before (where it simply asks to insert key counter), but it usually fixes itself with a few gentle taps (so i am told). Alas this time it is not fixing itself.
It's a Saturday evening here in Austraila and I desperately need the copier over the weekend and know I wont be able to get professional assistance until Monday.
So, just wondering if there are any kind and smarties out there who may have some suggestions on what to do?? Am totally clueless!!
