bizhub c 451 shows frequent misfeeds at various levels in almost all trays..tried to clean the pick up rollers also changed some pick up rollers..failed

No the jams are at different levels... in service mode in Jam history it is showing at 1st 20, 3rd 09, Manual 25, Vertical transport 83, secondary transfer 62, Tray 3-4 middle roller 38, Exaust port 34, Engine 13..

Check for cracked 2nd transfer roller bracket tension/retract lever. Despite the fact that you have jams all over the place, focus mainly on the highest number, which in your scenario is 2nd transfer. Then I'd check the transport pulleys assembly above tray 1, six of them. They may started seizing up. Change shaft and pulleys. Good Luck
