Recently we have installed the HDD in our MFP machine. Around month and half it worked very perfectly. But now it is getting slower day by day. We have tried to reformat the hdd both logical and physical. But after restoring the data, it again goes back to the slowness. Sometime the touch panel does not respond for 10/15 minutes.
Kindly help.
