bz c224e series problem HDD not active with vendor 2 in ON from menu technical

Hi,
I have a problem with mode vendor 2 active from menu technical.
The HDD of mfp although active menu-technical ( sistem 1 - HDD - on) the copy not uses the HDD end doesn't see it from http page from menu box.
