Hey guys. I have some problems with my Bizhub Pro c500... After I did the Gamma autoadjustmen my yellow and black drum's voltage had grown up to 700-800; the automatic adjustment is not doing any good and its not correcting the drum's voltage. In this machine I don't know how manually edit the voltage supply to the drum and I've read in a lot of forums people having the same problem as me. So, such as i'm desperate and I don't see any more options except updating firmware.
So I beg you guys, if some of you have any firmware for this machine i'd be very grateful if you could give it to me.
