Wee problem I HOPE with a C451 with the code C-3B02 which points to the fuser also a very strange noise or as the customer put it MENTAL noise. Any ideas appreciated.

if it is making a bad noise then it is the fuser unit has failed (most probably the fuser roller has been ripped)
The usual problem with that code is that the IHPU has failed (p/n A00J M400 03)
