    Animation Guide Data File

I am in need of Animation Guide Data File for a Konica Minolta C454e not a C454 which appear to be different. If anyone would help download this file ASAP I would appreciate it. Thanks, Michael

The file for the C454 is around a Gig. in size. Not sure about the C454e? Please make sure its for the "E" model and not the other which I already have. Small Fee, Sure just let me know how much. Thanks

Just to add my 2 cents.

The movie data file version 30 for the C454e is listed as 958.55 MB

        Filename: A5C10Y0-C000-G00-30 Movie(Function Version3).exe

        Works with C224e/C284e/C364e/C454e/C554e

          Hi
I forced to use "clear all data" function in service mode and now "No Animation Guide available. Contact your service rep" is appear on screen.
I have C364e and need the guide file.
          Can anyone send me?

          in Service Menu -> System 2 -> Install Data, I saw 3-4 line (Voice, Movie , OCR & ...)
Will I need anything else to install (except animation guide)?
          Thanks

After an all clear the HDD is unset. All you need to de is enable it & load just the movie file.

Have you got the movie file in the root directory of your usb pen drive? & you can only install it from the usb port near the control panel

                        Thanks for your fast reply.
I don't have movie file on the USB.
As I wrote before, I did "Clear All Data" by safe mode.
you told me the movie file will remain on HDD.
therefore I should copy them from HDD to USB and then connect it to front USB port.
But how I should copy files?

After you did an "all clear" the movie file is deleted, you'll need to download it, put it on a usb drive & install it in service mode.

The copier will still function as normal, you can ignore that message.

                            now I understand clearly.
How I can download the movie file? (from which web site)

I know that can ignore this message but I found a problem by scanning to user box and maybe it is related to this.
Also the machine without any error message is very better!

You can only get this movie file from a KM dealer.

It won't cause any scanning issues, but that could be resolved by updating the main firmware, but again you can only get that from a KM dealer.

I agree seeing a red flashing light is not good!
