I was fortunate enough to run into this issue again today so I modded it and took fresh pictures. Also note that the springs mentioned in HoonBoy's post are definitely in need of replacement which may have also solved the jam issue however I have not ordered any yet.

I must add some comments on your method and let our Tech folks know that your Re-work method is much better than others, I recently did KM C368 with Same Issue, the machine condition looked like brand-new. I must say the Structure of Side-door Design has some defective not improving at all. The Spring is not main issue whatever is new or old style. the Root cause is the Gap between the Side-Door and Transporting Rollers. Modifying the spring on site is much risk job, in case the black plastic hook broken, or spring bouncing out while re-installing, in addition to that modifying the spring is not guaranteed to solve the issue, the tension of spring is already tighten and length is fixed with numbers of coils.

No problem to download either can be low post count restrictions.

I think it needs thickness more than 1 paper. Try fold it 2 or 3 times

Hi, do you think if I put a thickness of paper or tape, I could solve the problem? It is very similar to your description. I have a bizhub C364e with several 20-02. This happens especially with A3.

Just thought I'd post an update. It's been over a year now since shrinking the springs on this particular machine, and still not a single J2002 since. I've done this to at least another 5 machines since, and they are all jam free as well.

While not the fastest method listed here, it is the cheapest. It costs nothing at all but a little bit of time.

    Correct.

Someone is making a killing on those rollers, cant cost more than $10 to make.

over here they are about $35 I carry 6 in the car. Use them every day now.

any 4 series or early e series with the solid black roller is changed now whether jamming or not.
