Yeah we have the light spring already in tray two it was one of the first solutions we tried but to no avail. Thankfully the door mod worked as the vertical roller wasn't the cheapest from memory. If it gets 500k out of it before needing replaced we will have done OK

I also use the black ribbed vertical roller and put the light pressure spring for tray 2 pickup. never had issues with that to date.
The soft gray roller in the late e series machines are not a permanent solution the feathered traction pattern wears smooth after 500k or so and you have jamming just like the first 4 series. I am replacing them with the mod roller now too.Leave a comment:

Just a little update, I modified the door with the washers as per Isaacs handy tutorial and it is still going great after a good few weeks now. Have the Springs to hand if it does go wrong again I will fit them to the door

Check out HoonBoy's post on page 1 of this thread. He supplied the part number. There was a KM online course for improvements that listed the part number. Not in the parts guide.Leave a comment:

Cut away two steps in the mylar that goes over the the two grey rollers. So the mylar must not make contact with the rollers at all. Replacing new pick sections won't help.Leave a comment:

Re: Bizhub C364e Jam Code: 20-02
There is a modified conveyance roller for this range that also cures the J20-02.
I fit this roller and put the light weight spring into T2. Works every time and takes 10 minutes max to fit.
The roller part number is A5C1P00100.Leave a comment:

I admit I'm a little behind on learning as of late.
Odd that no I have spoken with has seen it either. I guess we are all too busy to keep up.
Thanks for this!Last edited by Issac-brock; 03-13-2015, 03:43 AM.Leave a comment:

Welcome, glad too hear it worked for your problem.
This information came the document "Improvements in Service Productivity of Office Products V4" from the Konica Minolta e learning.Leave a comment:

Thank you for the additional information, I just ordered the springs today to try and hopefully that resolves my issue. I called Konica Minolta Tech Support today just for additional information and they told me to try the springs first and if that doesn't solve the issue to replace the Front Side Board followed by (if the Front Side Board didn't work) the Printer Control Board, but I'm really hoping that the springs fix the issue. Thanks for the information.Leave a comment:

Where did you come across this information, just wondering if you don't mind? I called Konica Minolta Tech Support today and this is the first time (at least the support specialist that I talked to) he has heard of this. I couldn't seem to find anything about this bulletin in the Konica Minolta database. This is definitely what I'm going to try. I ordered the springs today, but was just wondering where you came across this bulletin?Leave a comment:
