Bizhub C451 SKEW/REGISTRATION Isssues HELP!?

Hi Guys,

A few days ago I installed a new black IU in a bizhub c451 and it worked great, now the customer has called me back and the registration is out of wack..

Any ideas? Cheers

You will get warning P-14 and P-21 reseat all the IU's and do a skew reset in service mode. Make sure the K unit is installed correctly, all the colors gets referenced from there.

Ah there might be issue with paper trays if you scanned this image from glass.
