bac 1 cant read paper format correctly

hi everyone
every time before a printing job i get this message of choosing the bac
bac 1 shows 11*17 even if there is A4 in it !
bac 2 works normally , if there is papers in it i don't get any messages ,

is there any settings changes to make bac one recognize the A4 again ?

no one seems to have a solution to your problem , so if your client complains say to him that bac2 works faster than bac 1
